Description

This cozy 1100 square foot loft is centrally located in Elk Ridge Estates near the intersection of Highways 14 and 89 in Alton, Utah. It comfortably sleeps 11 in beds (counting the pullouts). There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin bunk beds in one bedroom and one twin bed in the other bedroom. The master bedroom has a personal bathroom and a half bath is located between the smaller bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils to create your fabulous meals. Very cozy and comfortable. For added room we have added a fourth bedroom.  It is located on the bottom floor and includes a queen bed, TV with Roku tv service, full bath, small refrigerator and microwave. This room is separate from the other three rooms, but under the same roof. Perfect for an extra family or teenage children. 

This cabin is perfect for guest that need extra space to park an RV or toy hauler with atvs/snowmobiles.  close enough to all the activities Southern Utah has to offer.

Thank you so much for the clear instructions to entering the cabin (it would have been kind of confusing with the modern security locks/equipment) and general directions to finding the cabin.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely look into renting the property again next time we visit Utah.The BBQ and the pingpong table won us over the other properties we looked at. The convenience of the gas station and market right around the corner made our trip easier as well when we realized we forgot to pack certain items.

Matt was great and provided all the information as promised. The kitchen was very well equipped - it had everything we could possibly need. We utilized the gas grill on multiple occasions. My husband and I enjoyed coffee each morning on the balcony off the master bedroom - we watched the sunrise while our children enjoyed additional sleep! The wi-fi was great and we watched a movie one evening with the Roku. The location was perfect for our plans: a home base while visiting Zion, Bryce and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We bought most groceries in Cedar City, but found a nice grocery story in Panguitch later in the week to replenish some supplies. Absolutely beautiful area!
