Located in Duck Creek Village, Utah, the Browning Pine cabin provides you with luxurious accommodations in a mountain setting. Whether you are searching for a weekend retreat for just you and your spouse, or a place to hold a family reunion or company retreat, the Browning Lodge will fit your needs.
With spacious rooms and beautiful decks, you will have plenty of room to spread out in the cabin. There's plenty of viewing that can be done as you sit by the extra large fireplace and take advantage of the large windows that allow you to gaze into the heavens at night.
The cabin was recently constructed and offers all of the comforts of home including: large flat screen TVs and DVD players, wireless internet, a full kitchen (with granite counter tops, hardwood floors, and beautiful travertine tile), propnae BBQ grill ( Propane provided), gas fireplaces, large decks and patios, and plenty of beds and couches to accommodate everyone in your group under one roof and sleep up to 12 people! The dining room is surrounded by large windows so that you are able to take advantage of the wonderful scenery that abounds in Duck Creek Pines.
Due to the location in a mountainous setting, the activities and local attractions vary depending on the season. In the winter, snowmobiling is extremely popular and connects you to hundreds of miles of trails. Brian Head ski resort is also about 30 minutes away. In the summer, ATVs and motorcycles become the preferred mode of transportation and unlock seemingly endless territory to explore. Regardless of the activity, the Browning Pine provides you with an inviting refuge to wind down in front of the fire in the winter or to watch the sunset while relaxing on the deck after a summer BBQ.
The cabin is especially popular with people who are looking to escape the busy city atmosphere and spend some time in the breathtaking national parks of southern Utah. Conveniently located just over 3 hours from Las Vegas and under 4 hours from Provo, Utah, the location puts you within an hour of Cedar Breaks Point, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon National Park.

Great spot - bring supplies in off season!
Everything was great. Note that duck creek village is very small and if you happen to arrive later in day after hitting a park nothing will be open - not even a gas station to grab a bag of chips. Closest grocery or place for food was a 45 minute drive back the same way. Be sure to come with some sort of food plan as we were not prepared! Spot was lovely outside of that comfortable home with all you need.

When we first arrived, one of the children got to the key pad before an adult could help and so we were locked out. We called the service number and they quickly sent a new code and helped us get in!

Directions for getting there were easy to follow. It was a beautiful area. One thing I liked about the kitchen was that all the drawers and cabinets were labeled so it was easy to find things. Two things missing that made it difficult: No can opener, and no cord for the electric frying pan. But we made do. There were plenty of towels for everyone, plenty of space for everyone. The porch was a great gathering place. It was a beautiful home, beautifully decorated and maintained, and in a beautiful area. We loved our stay!
Favorite Feature: Plenty of space for everyone to gather. It was a beautiful home, and the fire pit area was awesome! We really looked forward to using it, but unfortunately it rained most of the time so we were indoors a lot. Fortunately, there was plenty of room on 3 different levels and a great porch so we didn't feel crowded.

We loved our stay at Browning Lodge it was our favorite rental of the last five years. The kitchen was so well equipped it even had rice cookers which is unheard of. All of the seating and living spaces were so thoughtfully decorated and set up it was a peaceful enjoyable place to be when we spent time there.

This cabin is located within a very quiet and high end development that has strict (but simple) rules of behavior. The rules are mostly parking and noise disturbances. Loud parties or other disruptive activities are strongly enforced and if broken come with fines up to $500. A copy of the HOA rule will be included in the rental agreement and again in your arrival instructions.
Please adhere to the parking guidelines all vehicles (cars, trucks, atvs, etc) must parked in the driveway and not on the street.
This area offers unlimited recreational opportunities for people to enjoy. We gladly share these activities with you.
