Centrally located between the Navajo and Giant Steps lifts this is a great location to enjoy the slopes during the day and relaxing at night. Grab a pizza from the local pizzeria or use the well equipped kitchen to prepare your meal.

With all the amenities and comforts of home you are sure to enjoy your stay in Brian Head.

Open loft style sleeping areas – There is one private loft bedroom area with a King- size bed and a second loft bedroom area above with a Full-size bed and a loft accessed by a ladder, great for kids!

Bathrooms – There is one full bath with a tub/shower upstairs and one half-bath (toilet and sink) downstairs.

Kitchen – The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, serving ware, silverware, pots/pans, and small kitchen appliances.

Laundry/Linens – The condo includes all bed linens, towels, and blankets. All laundry of the condo provided linens is included in the cleaning fee. If laundry of clothes or personal items is required, there is a coin-operated laundry room in Building A at the far end on the first floor.

Food/Meals – Although there are a few places to eat on the mountain, it’s advised to bring groceries (or stop at the Wal-Mart in Cedar City). There is one nice restaurant (Cedar Breaks Lodge), a pizza place, and two small General stores with some prepared food. ( Recommend shopping before going up to mountains.

Higyly Recomment Family Time
Our stay in Brian Head was lovely! Family Time's place made our stay even better. The place was very clean and cozy. Family Time was also very responsive to our inquiries and requests. I'd highly recommend them and their place if you're adventures take you to Utah.

Cute place
Cute place with lots of bear knick knacks. The kids loved sleeping in the top loft. Less than 5 minute drive to Brian Head ski resort.

It is so great! 5-stars stay!!!
It is so great! 5-stars stay!!! It was easy to check in and check out! It is perfect decoration inside, and my kids very like them. It is so clean everywhere including kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, .......!!! Not noise! Outside is so beautiful! It is also convenient to go Brian head SKI. Our family so like fishing Bear Loft.

Definitely Coming Back!!!
Definitely Coming Back!!! This top of the hill, cabin style home was definitely one of a kind. We came in January so there was lots of snow. Definitely recommend 4WD if possible. If not no worries because the snow plow come through every morning around 9-10am. Super convenient. When you walk inside, you instantly feel that warm cabin vibe. Definitely better than I expected. It's a full home with a nice sized living space, tv with all the best things like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube. You get a full size kitchen you can nearly cook anything in. 2 beds with 1 on each floor. Overall my favorite part was looking out of all the windows & seeing the beautiful snow views. 10/10 recommend
