Welcome to Pinehurst Cabin, your fun family retreat in the mountains with incredible resort views, spacious kitchen, pool table, sauna and a heated driveway. Nestled on exclusive Pinehurst Street overlooking Giant Steps at Brian Head Resort, this is your basecamp for winter wonderland or summer mountain excursions. Soak up sweeping views of Brian Head Mountain with floor to ceiling windows. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the wrap around deck while watching skiers and snow boarders shred the slopes. Just .5 miles from the resort and village, this is the perfect combination of privacy, location and convenience.

The Pinehurst Cabin Experience
With 6 bedrooms, a loft, 4.5 bathrooms, a movie/game room and 4,300 sq ft, everyone will find plenty of space to create lasting memories.
Guests first arriving will have access to a private, heated driveway with room for 3-4 vehicles. The most convenient entrance is through the large garage which can accommodate an additional 2 vehicles. This is the perfect set-up for transitioning into and out of winter snow gear or summer outdoor activities.
Guests entering the cabin main level are greeted with floor to ceiling windows and an epic view of Brian Head Resort. Watch the moon reflect off the snow-covered resort in the winter months. The main room has a large professional kitchen, countertop seating for 4, a large dining table with seating for 10, a stone fireplace, three leather sofas and a smart TV. A full bathroom and two bedrooms are on the main level: The Bunk Room has two custom barnwood bunk beds and trundles totaling 6 twin beds. The other room has a queen bed and private full bathroom. The wrap around deck has patio seating, BBQ and sauna, and can be accessed from the main level.

Head upstairs to the spacious primary bedroom that has a king bed, large double vanity bath, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, 75-inch TV and office desk. The separated loft has a full-size sofa bed.
Head downstairs from the main level to find the movie/game room and additional bedrooms. You will find a wrap-around sofa near the fireplace that surrounds the 75-inch TV, a pool table and wet bar. Cubbies have puzzles and board games. Down the hall you’ll find the large Jack and Jill bedrooms – one with a queen bed, the other with two separate full-size beds, and a shared bathroom. The third room on the floor has a futon and flat screen – perfect for gamers.
Explore the half acre lot surrounded by towering Aspen and Pine trees, which also connects to the local trail system.
The mud/laundry room connects the garage to the main level. Smart TVs with Netflix and Disney+ in living room, plus Roku's in the primary bedroom upstairs and in the game room downstairs.

Other Things to Note
This is our family vacation home, and we hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do. Please treat it like your own. Kitchen pantry and bedroom closets are open and accessible for your convenience! A second pantry and cabinets in the laundry room are locked for owner’s supplies.
The kitchen is loaded but may not have everything you need. Check with us if you aren’t sure if you need to bring something special. The stove has 6 burners. An electric skillet is in the pantry if extra cook space is needed. A large skillet and stock pot are in the cabinet along with standard pots and pans. A cast iron griddle can be added to the stove top for extra grill space. A coffee maker is on the countertop. Blender, panini press, Pyrex glassware and mixing bowls all available. Some Tupperware is available but we recommend bringing ziplocks and foil wrap for storing leftovers.

Guests are responsible for taking their trash to the neighborhood dumpster before check out. The dumpster is a short walk to the nearby lot.
Guest Access

Self check-in with keypad entry to the garage makes access easy. All roads to the property are paved and plowed by the city. For the driveway, 2/3 of the driveway is heated, and we have snowplow service in the winter. However, in heavy winter months we strongly encourage chains or 4x4 and a snow shovel. Check local road conditions beforehand.
