With spacious rooms and beautiful decks, you will have plenty of room to spread out in the cabin. There's plenty of viewing that can be done as you sit by the extra large fireplace and take advantage of the large windows that allow you to gaze into the heavens at night.

Due to the location in a mountainous setting, the activities and local attractions vary depending on the season. In the winter, snowmobiling is extremely popular and connects you to hundreds of miles of trails. Brian Head ski resort is also about 40 minutes away. In the summer, ATVs and motorcycles become the preferred mode of transportation and unlock seemingly endless territory to explore. Regardless of the activity, this provides you with an inviting refuge to wind down in front of the fire in the winter or to watch the sunset while relaxing on the deck after a summer BBQ.

The cabin is especially popular with people who are looking to escape the busy city atmosphere and spend some time in the breathtaking national parks of southern Utah. Conveniently located just over 3 hours from Las Vegas and under 4 hours from Provo, Utah, the location puts you within an hour of Cedar Breaks Point, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon National Park.

We absolutely loved our stay . The cabin was clean, well stocked and very spacious for our group of 9. There was also ample parking . We will be back for sure.

Fabulous Cabin

This cabin is absolutely stunning it sits on a nice piece of property with plenty of parking and nice views. We had four cars and still had room for more if needed. The cabin is large and the wrap around deck adds extra space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The cabin is also well appointed and has a very well stocked kitchen . Upon our arrival we found the cabin very clean and bright. This cabin is also very kid friendly and in a cul-de-sac away from the main roads. Communication with Family Time was spot on. They checked on us during our stay. We will be back again next July!

Great place for family!!!!

Great place for family!!!! quiet, peaceful, and clean. There are two lakes for fishing and swimming for summertime. They are 20 minutes away. My two boys did ice-fishing. We will come back for sure.

We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for the Cedar City Half Marathon weekend. The house was clean, spacious, bright, and perfect for our group of runners. The location was great in terms of being right near Duck Creek Village yet far enough out to feel like you’re in the woods. Our labradoodle also enjoyed exploring the property. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect winter getaway!

It’s a nice cabin that is clean and well maintained. The host was very responsive during our stay. They were able to deliver a few items that we needed within a reasonable timeframe. Also sent someone over to take care of the fireplace pilot light and plow the snow in the driveway as requested. Overall we were happy with our winter vacation accommodation.

Amazing stay!

we had an amazing stay that cabin was beautiful it was homey and warm and clean, fresh linens it was all perfect.. the only thing was it was snowed in . the weather was good. but didn'tknow it was snowed in. but my family was comfortable. We made dinner and breakfast. it was amazing.

Our family had an amazing memorable trip and our accommodation’s were beautiful and suited our active family. We had one plumbing issue but the property owner took care of it that same day and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Highly recommend and would love to come back.
