Description
There is nothing like leaving your car after you check in and having all your amenities and services with in walking distance to your lodging. With this property that is what you have. Not only is this a ski in/ski out, but the game room, jacuzzi and laundry facilities are located on site. For lunch or dinner take a short stroll to visit Tony and Melissa over at Pizanos Pizza just on the other site of the lifts. If you are planning on eating in, the general store is conveniently located with in a few minute walk as well. If you do need to go over to the Navajo lifts and you would prefer to drive, instead of taking the lifts, the free winter town shuttle is available with a clean environment and friendly staff. Whether you are coming to Brian Head in the winter or summer to enjoy all the mountain has to offer we hope to host you during your stay.

Great location, great apartment
We loved the bunk room. We have five kiddos so it worked out perfect. Walk/ski to great steps. Covered parking. It was just a great place and location.

We have been going to Brianhead and staying at Giant Steps for about 4 years. We have rented numerous units in Giant Steps and this is by far the best unit we have rented. We will definitely make #12 our go-to. Thank you!
I loved the reminder texts we received about trash, etc so we make sure we werent fined. The staff was great when I had questions about what cooking tools were inside the unit. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Went out of their way to find us a unit that worked for my family. 1st time using Family time Rentals and I cant get over the customer service. They would text me with updates. They would follow up very quickly with any questions i had. The emails they sent with information was very informative and clear. FOOD delivery service was Awesome.

JUST LOVED IT!! The Condo we stayed in Unit 12 was Gorgeous! Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Super HIGH TECH UNIT. Apple Tv Best xbox you can get (my sons we sad to leave) heaters in every room and very quite. LARGE hOT WATER TANKS : ) We loved this unit
