With spacious rooms and beautiful decks, you will have plenty of room to spread out in the cabin. There's plenty of viewing that can be done as you sit by the extra large fireplace and take advantage of the large windows that allow you to gaze into the heavens at night.
Due to the location in a mountainous setting, the activities and local attractions vary depending on the season. In the winter, snowmobiling is extremely popular and connects you to hundreds of miles of trails. Brian Head ski resort is also about 40 minutes away. In the summer, ATVs and motorcycles become the preferred mode of transportation and unlock seemingly endless territory to explore. Regardless of the activity, this provides you with an inviting refuge to wind down in front of the fire in the winter or to watch the sunset while relaxing on the deck after a summer BBQ.
The cabin is especially popular with people who are looking to escape the busy city atmosphere and spend some time in the breathtaking national parks of southern Utah. Conveniently located just over 3 hours from Las Vegas and under 4 hours from Provo, Utah, the location puts you within an hour of Cedar Breaks Point, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon National Park.

We stayed here for the Cedar City Half Marathon weekend. The house was clean, spacious, bright, and perfect for our group of runners. The location was great in terms of being right near Duck Creek Village yet far enough out to feel like youre in the woods. Our labradoodle also enjoyed exploring the property. Lovely cabin with all the amenities needed. Basement rooms were a little cold but coming from Las Vegas we very much enjoyed it. Will likely make this a yearly trip !

Great experience
The cabin was clean and spacious and beautiful. There was still snow on the ground and still a little chilly, which we weren't expecting, but the cabin was heated with plenty of extra bedding in case we needed it. There's a clearing in the back that would have been great for some wiffle ball or football if we would have brought them. It was centrally located to all of the activities we had planned- Bryce Canyon, Kanab, Horseshoe Bend, Moqui Cave and Coral Pink Sand Dunes. Duck Creek Village was great. The locals were friendly and so helpful. Hot Mama's Pizza is a must do. It's fantastic. The True Value had a little bit of everything and stayed open a little late for a tourist that forgot a few groceries. We had a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was clean and even roomier than I thought. All the necessary kitchen items were there, the bathrooms were fully stocked with the essentials. The cabin was beautiful and the kids loved the bunk bed room. Outside we had fires every night of our stay and roasted marshmallows. From the porch we saw several animals and had so much fun sitting out there in the evenings. We would definitely rent Altitude Adjustment again!

Thank you for making our vacation rental experience absolutely seamless.... we have rented from VRBO before... but renting from Family Time felt much more personal and attentive... thank you for making us feel special! We rented last-minute --- literally, the day before we left. However, communication with Family Time Rentals was seamless... they provided rental docs, home docs, etc with expediency and ease. We even has a question about the fireplace (pilot light went out) and they called us personally within 8 minutes during a snowstorm! It was fantastic! No hidden fees -- they are clear with their expectations (take out the trash, do the dishes, etc)... and the property was spotless and comfortable.... pillows, blankets, and towels abound!

We made memories on this vacation that we will hold in our hearts forever... our next cabin rental will definitely have something to live up to! The cabin was well appointed and in a great place in Duck Creek Village -- great views, with great privacy... we are "helicopter parents" but felt completely comfortable allowing our kids to play outside! (remember, there are beautiful huge windows you can see them through) The upstairs master suite was such a treat -- just getting a little privacy was amazing....
