Comfortable condo right across the street from the pond. It was just as described. A lot of email and text communication to make sure we had a good stay. Responded quickly to a question about Wi-Fi. Some of the lighting in the rooms was fairly dim. Personally, I would have preferred brighter lights. Overall a great stay!

My family has stayed in several condos in the area, and this one is the best all around so far. The ad pictures are different from the actual condo. The condo has vinyl flooring and new couches which in my opinion is a huge upgrade especially for a dog friendly condo. Everything was very clean and having two separate bathrooms was great. The location was good, though the condo was a bit hard to find at night. Communication was fast and accurate. The TV setup and wifi was the best, we were able to watch the playoffs and football without any problems and wifi was strong. The kitchen was big and well equipped for cooking, just bring seasonings. Thermostat was easy to use and worked well. The windows didn't have screens but that wasn't a big deal this time of year. Beds were comfortable and there is lots of space for a dog crate in each room if needed. Upgraded appliances. Overall a pleasant experience, we will be back.

The host was flexible and responded in a timely fashion. The place was as described. The one suggestion I would have would be to add screens to windows and slider as it was tough to keep bugs out and dog in during the day when we opened up the place to allow the cool air in since there is no A/C. If you're a cook, there are plenty of dishes, pots and pans. However there are no additional seasonings that you'll usually run into at other AirBNB's. So take note to bring any thing you need other than salt and pepper. Love the area and the Pizza place is surprisingly good for a mountain town! Make it a point to check out the Heavenly Haven hike that is between Brian Head and Parawon.
