Description
Located in Duck Creek Village, Utah, the Christensen Retaret cabin provides you with homey accommodations in a mountain setting. Whether you are searching for a weekend retreat for just you and your spouse, or a place to hold a family reunion or company retreat, will fit your needs.
With spacious rooms and beautiful decks, you will have plenty of room to spread out in the cabin. There's plenty of viewing that can be done as you sit by the extra large fireplace and take advantage of the large windows that allow you to gaze into the heavens at night.
Due to the location in a mountainous setting, the activities and local attractions vary depending on the season. In the winter, snowmobiling is extremely popular and connects you to hundreds of miles of trails. Brian Head ski resort is also about 40 minutes away. In the summer, ATVs and motorcycles become the preferred mode of transportation and unlock seemingly endless territory to explore. Regardless of the activity, this cabin provides you with an inviting refuge to wind down in front of the fire in the winter or to watch the sunset while relaxing on the deck after a summer BBQ.
The cabin is especially popular with people who are looking to escape the busy city atmosphere and spend some time in the breathtaking national parks of southern Utah. Conveniently located just over 3 hours from Las Vegas and under 4 hours from Provo, Utah, the location puts you within an hour of Cedar Breaks Point, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon National Park.

What a cute place. This is a rustic cabin whose dcor has been carefully chosen to continue that themewe got a great feeling from this place and enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space downstairs, a nice open living/dining room, and a sizable kitchen. The two bedrooms upstairs aren't quite so cozy and the beds are small, probably twin size, but they're fine. The cabin is stocked with games, some movies and books, and a sound system should you bring your own music. The kitchen has most everything you need. The bathroom is a bit cramped, nothing bad, but has a washer/dryer. You can build a fire inside or outside in the fire pit, and they thoughtfully included all tools needed for a fire, including the skewers for toasting marshmallows. Great front porch for a table and front yard. A lot of thought was put into this place. You'll feel like you're out in the woods, a cabin indeed. Note that the road to get here is dirt, and recommends 4WD. This is best for SUV drivers.

Worked out great for a family of 3 for our first time in Duck Creek and also first time in a cabin. It was clean and we were comfortable. Price was reasonable. Not expecting a 5 star hotel, so no it was not perfect, but it was perfect for us.

Perfect get away for a family with little ones. The cabin is an experience within its self. Very well decorated and cozy. It had games, streaming services readily available on TV, great Wi-Fi, plenty of kitchen appliances, and great reading material about nearby hike areas. We had a blast making smores and roasting hot dogs on the fire pit. Only thing to be aware of is that the nearby restaurants arent open everyday and the general market may close sooner than posted.
